How Does This Work ?

Simply contact us via email to seek a refund, and you will receive a form to complete. Your bank account will receive the return regardless of how you paid.

When you submit a refund request, it will be handled within 24 to 48 hours. You will then receive an email with the precise date that your refund will be credited to your account.
